Martin Lewis

Martin has spent his entire career as a criminal law practitioner , both as a solicitor for 20 years until 1998 and since then as counsel.

 

This vast experience has included having him having conduct ( mostly defending) of the most serious criminal cases , including accusations of murder , serious sexual assault , complex drug supply matters and all types of fraud allegations.

 

He also retains an interest and expertise representing privately funded clients on motoring offences in the magistrates' court,  relishing the cut and thrust of a summary trial.

 

He fully understands all the pressures that solicitors work under and the importance of proper communication between counsel and lay/professional clients, thus always making himself contactable and always approachable.
